Post-implementation, the new RWF website is a one-stop shop for all its customer requirements. Using the website the customers are able to view the details of product despatches made everyday, the display of the quarterly quota of wheels, axles and wheel sets allotted to them by Railway Board and the actual daily compliance.
Customers can now view the functionalities of the departments, the status of payments made, status of materials despatched, and details of purchase items to name a few. Visitors can view and download drawings, schedules, tenders etc. The new website offers employees the option of booking their holiday homes available.
